Technorati, Alexa and Google ranking of my blog are,

Alexa Rank - still not availabla (Blogger.com has a traffic rank of: 9)
Google page Rank - 0/10
I'm finding ways to improve this. My blog is still not ranked by alexa. My blogs goole rank is 0. Overall ranks are very low. I'm searching google to find tips and tricks to improve page rankings.
